The police watchdog has introduced it is going to examine a crash that killed two youngsters and sparked a rebellion in Cardiff, after CCTV emerged of a police car following a motorcycle mins prior to the incident.
Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, had been killed in a collision whilst using an electrical motorcycle in Ely within the town on Monday night time, sparking an evening of violence, with vehicles set alight and clashes with rebellion police.
